Patience
For me, this requires great attention as getting things done immediately is my mode of operation. However, planning a house project for the end of the month means...waiting. And so I shall while making plans for its completion.

Kindness. Choosing this word reminded me of the lead story on this website. Looking up its definition I found it interesting that it meant more than just being nice - it was a way of living one's life.

Tenderness. This meaning included paying attention to not committing an offence. For me, when having a pedicure, it was needful to remember that a different culture requires an alertness as to how I act. Including everyone in compliments is important. The group is more important more than the individual.
